Roles and Responsibilities

1. Perform analysis including spreads of corporate tax returns and financial statements, personal and corporate cash flows, and investment real estate cash flows and scenarios using knowledge of commercial and residential appraisals. 
2. Prepare and underwrite approval packages for origination, renewal, or increase of commercial term and revolving loans and commercial real estate loans of varying size and complexity.
3. Ability to write and properly communicate SAR narratives and investigation information.
4. Perform associated borrower due diligence and investigation into creditworthiness. 
5. Banking experience.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

4 years of education or 2 years of experience for each year of required education.
